The Penguin sounds too much like your standard thug here. Paul William's cultured voice would fit him much better. The charm of the Penguin is that he does bad things in a cultured way.

@yoda55 Actor Toby Jones would have been perfect for the Penguin. They could have used a subtle nose prosthetic to make him look even more like the character. Not that he would need it.

I dont know why people say the penguin is unrealistic for Nolans Batman films.All Nolan needs to do is get a short chubby guy with a long nose and you have the penguin.
