You can get them at almost any medical store. A store like London Drugs may also sell heat packs.

Yes that's obvious. I said would you be using this for your family only or the general public. She said it's a family FAK but that doesn't mean she won't use it on people in the general public. Lets say Tracy's neighbour was having a heart attack, if she were to give him ASA tablets, without knowing the effects of ASA and not warning the Pt. about any risks, then she can be held liable. Putting medicines in a home FAK are ok you just have to be sure to only use it on designated family members
