1st, AMERICA it's a whole continet, i dont know why you "American's" call it that way your are not the whole continent, you are United States. Anyways, i dont know about help in the katrina, but when the 9/11 you have support of alot of countrys (you don't see news?), United State its not the only one who help in the Haiti Quake or the tsunami, a lot of others countries helped.
