What is going to happen during 2012?

Hey guys i understand if you think that this little discussion on 2012 is a little less informative then you would've hoped but i have only spent a day or two on research and i tried my best to only focus on the Nibiru and the alligement theories. And i tried my best to keep it under 10 mins.

look, there's obviously somethings that is going down in 2012, somethings going on with the sun, somethings up, thats been proven, that's been published.

but this doomsday thing? my personal poorly educated opinion is that its going to to another Y2K scare.

According to NASA, the only thing that is happenign in 2012 that hasnt happend before is the suns minimum will last longer then usual, meaning it will be colder for longer.

Well... i dont believe in Niburu or w/e its called but the part when u said about earth being hit is very inaccurate. the Gravitational pull is very strong with the sun. if the earth was hit, it would still orbit but the earth would not keep its shape. Over years, it would soon develop its round shape again.

I do agree with your opinions but i think that people overestimate scientists we have made lots of technological advances but there are definitely MANY things they aren't telling us and there are confidentiality agreements it could be kept from us
