A beautiful song showing beautiful photos of God's creations.

"How Can I Keep From Singing?" (also known by its opening line "My Life Flows On in Endless Song") is a Christian hymn with music written by American Baptist minister Robert Wadsworth Lowry.

The original composition has now entered into the public domain, and appears in several hymnals and song collections, both in its original form and with a revised text.

The song received new prominence in 1991 when Irish singer Enya released a recording of the hymn on her album Shepherd Moons.

  • @markelldavid She has a glorious voice. Thanks for your comment.

  • I love her voice

  • @mychoicealfred5 I would just like to say thanks for your comment, but I just believe that everything in this universe is one and we are a part of all of what we see and the things that we cannot see.. things we may begin to see as we evolve. something as basic as the cells that we now are able to see through a magnifying glass. This universe is the real God's masterpiece... not one living thing even if it was made to look like him... please let go of the ego! lol

  • @kattyjnikole With all due respect, humans are God's masterpiece because He created us to His image but all other creatures are very beautiful and make our lives much nicer. I love people, animals, plants, trees, rivers, oceans and I love chocolate a lot also :))

    Regards from Malta.

  • i dont like how it shows humans and then says gods masterpiece because we are all gods masterpiece and that is the problem that people think we are any better than the birds the trees or the waters... we are not.. they are part of us.. we are a part of them... and in gods grace we should be thankful and thanking them for everything received and given.. this is what the native americans did.. they thank the buffalo while killing it and utilized everything from it... an endless chain of life

  • BEAUTIFULL SONG, and gteat pictures.

  • @chkjns I've been to see the Flushing Remonstrance, an often overlooked part of USA history- great to mention it!

  • @chkjns Thank you for that information. I could not agree with you more.

  • @saranaghati - I visited the site of the old Quaker meeting house in NYC last fall. It is the birthplace of relgious freedom in USA. The persecution was by Dutch colonial gov. Peter Stuyvesant. 30 mostly English citizens drafted a rebuke to Stuyvesant. The Flushing Remonstrance (1657) stated that man is endowed by his creator with the RIGHT to worship that creator according to his own conscience. Powerful words, yet meaningless to fundamentalists around the world.

    Thanks for a beauty, Alfred!

  • This is an early Quaker Hymn. At the time it was written the Quakers were being badly presecuted. Enya is wonderful singing it. She understands the meaning.
