The IFAs will be held on the 15th of September 2009 in London and will be attended by more than 1,200 sporting personalities and celebrities from across the world of music, film, radio & television.
Cristiano Ronaldo leads the pack by grabbing a record 4 nominations. The 24 year old, is up for- Best Striker, European Footballer of the year, Best Forward and International Footballer of the year.
The International Football Awards was born out of the need to build a worldwide and independent awards ceremony to empower the dedicated fans to decide who they think deserves to be recognized within the worldwide football scene.
