This young soldier had just returned from Iraq and was having some good clean fun. I am a formewr Marine and take no offense to this. enjoy it and do not leave any malicious comments. this young soldier died in a motorcyle accident a few months later

well i was in the marine corps for 6 years. id say if i was on year 1 and all gun ho, i'd say something stupid. but obviously we all fight for the same cause and we would all get each other out of the shit if it happened, not only because of what we fight for, but because were all brothers and sisters for the nation we love. that said, GO MARINES!! (can't say i haven't made fun of the army before)

this is just more proof that marines are better, Marines have more disapline and you dont see them haveing chubby fat guys around in the Core, and im sure the "army" personel would shit themselfves if a Marine was there

@1982nb Hey man, try balancing civy life and Army life at the same time. It's not easy. That being said, I'm still in shape, go to school full time, work part time, and still perform at Army standards while remembering how to do my job. Nat. Guard isn't as easy as people think.

It goes both ways, yes. I'll only say one thing on the services, as a Marine in Iraq, I came across many soldiers tell me how they always wanted to be Marines. I've never heard ONE Marine say that they wanted to be anything else. Some did envy the ChAir Force duty stations though.
