  • Whats sup ian ..just a quick question about betA alanine n citrulline mallate.. Im taking the recommended dose 6g n 4g of ba and cm... Well my question is after my workout I feel quite naucious ...is it the high dosage or do I have get used to the supplements ... Thanx i would appreciate your knowledge ...

  • @curry33343 I doubt beta alanine and cit. mal. are causing nausea. Does the nausea go away when you stop taking those ingredients?

  • l-carnitine i still dont understand is this in essence a fat burner. in essence mind you?

  • @UpalKashey L-carnitine improves cognitive function and fat mobilization.

  • Hey, acetyl l-carnitine is prescription only in Canada so big loss if I leave it out? Or can you recommend a substitute?

  • @kr06ty I believe you are incorrect on that one.

  • Very, very good content and I like that the video is long. If I had my way, all your videos would be at least 20+ minutes. That way you can cover everything in depth and detail.

Anyhow keep them vids coming, I'm looking forward to every single one.

  • do you have any links to studies on lower dosages of l-tyrosine all research i have seen is a 100mg/kg! which is loads.

  • great video!!!! hope i can get these supplements in ireland...

  • Ian, you seem like you were in a really good mood while recording this video.

  • @kattemissen Good summary in the end though!

  • I really like your work and a side from Will Brink, you are the only one i listen to (when I'm to lacy to research myself).

I'd love if you made sorter and more concrete videos. You kind of bable on and repeat youself sometimes, which i can get tired of. But i really don't mean to offend you. Just my opinion, your information and your wording and achedemic level in your vids is just perfect!

    Thanks bro.

  • @Daavisonfire thank you for the help brah!

  • @Smitty6123 Also only does it for me when I take 1,3 dimethylalimine like in JAck3d

  • @Smitty6123 Well it could just now be effecting your body in that way. I love pre dump anyways soo I don't see a problem lol

  • @Daavisonfire I've used a fair share of stimulants before and i've never had this problem. I always cycle them properly. At least a month off all before switching to a different pre workout supplement. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening

  • silly bird.. STFU when we are talking about supplements.. you're a bird.. you cant even lift since you dont even have any arms..
