Very, very good content and I like that the video is long. If I had my way, all your videos would be at least 20+ minutes. That way you can cover everything in depth and detail.
Anyhow keep them vids coming, I'm looking forward to every single one.

-
Ian, you seem like you were in a really good mood while recording this video.
-
@kattemissen Good summary in the end though!
-
I really like your work and a side from Will Brink, you are the only one i listen to (when I'm to lacy to research myself).
I'd love if you made sorter and more concrete videos. You kind of bable on and repeat youself sometimes, which i can get tired of. But i really don't mean to offend you. Just my opinion, your information and your wording and achedemic level in your vids is just perfect!
Thanks bro.

@Daavisonfire thank you for the help brah!

@Smitty6123 Also only does it for me when I take 1,3 dimethylalimine like in JAck3d
-
@Smitty6123 Well it could just now be effecting your body in that way. I love pre dump anyways soo I don't see a problem lol
-
@Daavisonfire I've used a fair share of stimulants before and i've never had this problem. I always cycle them properly. At least a month off all before switching to a different pre workout supplement. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening

@curry33343 I doubt beta alanine and cit. mal. are causing nausea. Does the nausea go away when you stop taking those ingredients?
