Booooyeah !!!! - brings back memories - samples of Herbie Hancock, Malcolm McLanen. Used to scratch it up myself DJ'ing @ the then legenday North Sydney night club KD's at St.Leonards - but nothing like this guy. L_E_G_E_N_D :)

Thats not Herbie Hancock, that is DJ Caz or Theodore or one of those old school DJs, I can't remember, but that is certainly not Herbie Hancock. But it is a Herbie Hancock song he is using to scrath with.
