@EricVZLeon France, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain are the real "Latino" nations moron. the only reason why Latin America is called Latin America is because of the Latin Languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese duh!) that are spoken there. Hispanic people are from Spain, like my nana and ancestors. Cultural Hispanics are people from Latin America and for people who have Hispanic blood (spanish/european). The mestizaje is the real name for Mexican-American its a culture born out of the mix of Native American and European culture.

The problem lies within the false information in history books set up to go against the Spaniards, whose history and impact in the world is much more positive and deeper than many know. I prefer the tag Latino, I'd rather my own ethnicity getting to give themselves their own name.
