wonderful old film - we lived in the very first house that appears in your film - 16 natih road - from 1969 until 1973. I was 7 years old. it was the only house with a garden then.

I went to Ras al Hanra primary for two years. This brings back memories. The sports days were fantastic. The fishing awesome.

I went to Ras Al Hamrah school, headmaster was Mr Watts.

Hi again, yes, Mr. Watts was the headmaster, also in 1980-1984 (overlaps with 1982-1987). Now I also put some videos on account "OmanAdjo".

Wow I lived there as a kid was there 1982 1987, I had to feature in a PDO welcome to Oman documentery with my family, would love to go back.

Hi. Did you actually live in this house (1 Al Ghubar Rd.) or nearby? See also a few other old digitalised youtube-films of this period (search for youtube user Zrisky and you will find them all. Regards from Rotterdam (July 2008).
