To me, Sander Cohen is to Rapture as The Joker is to Gotham. The insane genius that doesn't seem to have a clear goal, but rather just enjoys being crazy.

andrew ryan says that he built it "after the second world war", trust me, i remember him saying that very clearly on an audiotape.

well if you watch real close you'll see that rapture in the game context was founded in 1942, but when you play it's the year 1960.
