Your ignoring the fact that the ensuing carbon tax won't reduce emissions at all.

It even says so in the Copenhagen treaty.

The emitters will trade the bills in for dead derivatives and the debt will be passed onto the masses.

Global warming is real, but the governments of the world are using it to tax and further control everyone, and they won't do anything about it.
