Hijaz the Charmer

A piece composed using a dodecatonic mode of 53 EDO based on the traditional Arabic mode called Maqam Hijaz. The only sound source is Reason 4 slaved to Logic 8 thru ReWire.

What was the reason for using a different nn-xt for different notes?

because this tune uses an alternative tuning system. Each note has to be retuned using pitch bend so, each one of them has to be on a different midi channel.

In this case I use a maximum polyphony of 8 notes so I need 8 NN-XT instances, each on a different midi channel driven by Logic 8 thru ReWire.

only suggestion would be to have more variation in the percussion! otherwise it's great!!
