If the music student do covers then that will be shit! Original music will be so much better (even if it is a guy playing a banjo) I quite like my Urban video, i was talking to Chris from the other group and they said that they had a lot of videos that were time laps of people walking. Our Urban is like that but we were able to get up monument and Tyne bridge so we got more artistic shots and might make it better than there's, well hopefully.

I don't know if Ben finished his, i think he has.

I think it would have been easier all round. Apparently some of the music students are doing COVERS! It must be so taxing to relay to us "Oh yeah, the covers will be..."

Our video for Community is alright, I just found that the theme was so boring. Felt a bit limited doing it on such a small scale. If we'd had the resources and the time to get together a large cast of extras, we could have made a far more interesting video!

Do you know if Ben finished the Rural themed video?

Yeah, that is what every one is saying but the music teacher came up with the idea that we make a video for them which is a stupid idea. If they made some music just say some hip hop then we could have based some video around that. Just the whole thing made it easier for the music students but harder for us. I just hope we don't get a piece of shit music. I don't mind so much for this video but i think the Urban video looks really good and i would hate to get some shit music to it.

Aye, you must have been one of the last groups to finish. I just think the whole assignment could have been handled differently, but then again even Neil/Carol/TJ had some issues with the way it was done. I do think 3 and a half minutes was quite a long time to create a video for when we didn't have an idea what the music would be like. The music students could have picked more or less any song with a loose connection to the theme and it'd have been so much easier to visualise the final idea.

Yeah the reason this is so repetitive is because we had non or near no time to film anything else, we spent to much time on our other one that this one was put on the back burner. The track is from one of those non-copyright CDs in the edit suite. It's called electro or something. I remember the cover of it but if you want to get the song then you can download "free recorder" and then easily record it.

Nicely done video, Neil & Co. However, I feel like many of the videos that we've done for this assignment it has an issue with becoming boring and repetitive after so long. I think a lot of this could have been resolved with a slight alteration to the brief; having the music students compose the music first, thus giving us more to work with! I do applaud your choice in music though, what track are you using?
