  • i dont dont know if this works while somebodys bombing you in sparring, not to say a fight. you need to be a proffesional to do this. try it in sparring if you just started out and youll see, everything changes in the ring, its not beautiful theories anymore.

  • @eduardinho777 Keep sparring, keep your defense tight but try to relax. Keep your elbows in tight and your hands high, that helps me. Remember since you do mma,(I train mostly Muay Thai for striking) the danger of getting in close is getting elbowed or kneed, so once you feel your boxing getting better learn some Muay Thai. Keep training and sparring, don't get wild, its all about technique. Just keep working,

    Never close eyes when you boxing..

  • hey man ...i do mma and i need to improve my boxing...i have i short reach so i have trouble getting in....and when i do i get hit more....and i tend to panic and take my eyes off my oponent and swing like crazy can you give me some advice or put up a vid?

  • @brozac1011 plyometrics stuff like clap pushups is better for increasing your punching speed

  • Can you do a video on the most effective stretches for you body and punching?

  • For punching speed training is alright for me to shadow box with 5 lbs dumbbells?
