@charlycheer you are so correct, raw honey is called "liquid gold" it has all the healing nutrients. processed honey is pasteurized, where many of the healing nutrients are lost.

My mum once brought it to home, after visiting my grandmother, in Africa!
Nowadays, it's almost impossible to bring it in, through the airport, because it's one of those 'banned items/foods' :(
