A little moment from one of the "historic" bands of "rock city" Hannover catched on video in April 2002. In fact this is one of the last recordings made from this band that broke up after Ulli Heicher, the motor of BLUE NOTE, died from cancer.
Here you have a litte number from a charity-session for children suffering from cancer. You hear Anke Renner ( A. Hansen at this time) on vocals, Nigel Moore on trumpet, Karsten Gohde (who jumped in for Ralf Nowy) on alto, Gerd-Reiner Prothmann on tenor, Stefan Golinski on trombone, Andreas Bürgel on keyboards, Hilmar Kahl on bass and the famous "krautrocker" but scotsman Jim McGillivray on drums (he played with "Epitaph", "Eloy", Toto Blanke and many others of the leading "krautrockers" in the 70th).
This is a piece of memory ...
Best wishes.
