Satyricon : Behind-the-scene.

Various behind-the-scene snippets shot on the set of Fellini's Satyricon - one of his masterpiece and one of my all time favourite movie ever.

Notable feature : the mysterious Max Born singing Bob Dylan, handsome Hiram Keller humorously cursing the film maker Gideon Bachman and the shooting of Trimalchio's feast. Interesting to see the relatively hippie atmosphere on the set, it was 1968 after all...

Nice to see Fellini in hippie times! E.g., 4:20: "Hai fatto l'amore questa notte? Have you made love tonight? No?! So you've lost the night". :-)

By the way, how handsome Hiram Keller was! I love his shots in 9:54-9:56!!!

Thanks for posting. As a Fellini fan and a someone who has always loved Satyricon, this was really interesting to watch. But all I could think was "The drugs sure flowed freely on that set!" Such a spaced-out bunch of kids!
