Visit Rome 2009 - Day 1

Me and Omer decided to meet up in Rome and enjoy the city's rich history together. Omer was coming from Pakistan on a training visit and i decided to take time off from work here in the UK. As it was our first visit to Italy so to be honest we were not sure what to expect but i assure you Rome did not disappoint. Really enjoyed the historical heritage, beautiful people and tourist attractions. Definitely looking forward to visiting it again some time in the future!

I have to say you made an awesome editing work!! I was there last week and I thought I had made a nice video of the Coliseum, but you are so much better...And the phrase you put "throw a coin in the Trevi fountain and you are sure to return to Rome" is true, since this is the second time I go to that wonderful city...I love Italy, and I love you video too :)

Thanks munkerudL for liking it! As i made the videos with my N95 mobile phone therefore i had tor really do alot of post editing and picture correction to make things look nice. I guess you can tell that there is no motion stabilization in the shots which was something i could not correct. But anyway i appreciate your feedback as it motivates me to do better next time around.

@dodgesxt: Well the travel packages depend on whether you go during the peak summer season or not. The flights are generally very cheap but the hotels tend to be expensive, especially if you stay near the city centre. But if you fish around online you can get a good package.
