I got this guitar for free from Freecycle. My girlfriend alerted me to an ad that said this guitar and an amp were by the curb in the next town. We ran over and I got this guitar which is a cheap les paul copy by Memphis from the early 80s with terrible hardware and a bolt on neck. It was a mess and I cleaned it up with windex, car wax, and furniture polish, put in some old pickups I had laying around, re-wired it and put on some tuning pegs which I also had in my parts bin. I think it sound really good for a freebie and I don't have to worry about beating it up. If the camera adds 10 lbs I think it added them to my fingers yikes!!
well, after some days studying about this guitar and read your description i finally realized: This is a shitty guitar...
am I right?

You are correct; it is up there among the worst guitars ever assembled. It was worth the price I paid $0. After re-gluing the nut, changing the pickups, pots, wires, bridge and tuning pegs, it really is not that bad though. I sold it for $150.
