Jekel loves Hyde - (Sherlock Holmes-like booktrailer)

Booktrailer for "Jekel loves Hyde", a Young Adult book by Beth Fantaskey coming April 2010.

It took me a while to make this video, using After Effects and a lot of Photoshop. I tried to reproduce the beautiful watercolor effect in the final credits of the movie Sherlock Holmes. I know this is not quite as good, but I'm still satisfied :)

(I wish someone made a cool tutorial for that effect)

@76ersPater Later, I exported them again to After Effects, and the rest was really easy: I simply had to use a "bleeding" transition (I think you can search for them on youtube and download) fpr it to look like watercolour was filling the photo. And of course, I used some paper textures, but that's about it.

I'm not sure I could do a tutorial though. I don't really know how to do them, and I did this so long ago I barely remember! xD But I am really amateur at this, so it sohouldn't be too hard.

@76ersPater Thanks!! ^^ Actually, it wasn't so difficult, it's just about dynamics: once I had the frames that I wanted to convert into pictures, I just exported them (print screen) to photoshop, and started messing around, doing a few versions of each one: one with just the lineart, another with the lineart and the colors...
