Adworkshop (http://www.adworkshop.com) was hired by the Greater Massena Development Corporation (GMDC) to produce an economic development video to market low cost hydro-power and manufacturing sites for companies looking to relocate or expand into the greater Massena area. The video highlights 3 key selling points of the area: Power Play, Water Works, and 2 Nation Location.

"Power Play" focuses on Massena's offering of low cost industrial rates for electricity in the nation, technology, and outdoor activity/play. "Water Works" continues the theme of outdoor activity with a focus on water recreation but has a heavy focus on the endless availability of water, abundant hydro power, and access to the Port of Ogdensburg and St. Lawrence Seaway shipping channel. "2 Nation Location" hits home how close Massena, NY is to the Canadian Border and the benefits of International Free Trade and establishing a domestic presence.

  • Yes it was Bill,and even though I think this was a good sales pitch it was missing a few real important things.Like the other three Colleges.The people that live here and have for all their lives.The businesses that are already here and have been for years/decades that will serve any future businesses needs.Where the hell was all that?

    On a scale from 1 to 10.I give it a 4.

  • @ciaphascain1919 no downtown massena footage. no massena mall. its like they dont even exist! on facebook people in massena arent pleased with this production for its cost.i'm only telling the truth as a dedicated youtuber and longtime resident. people tell me things.

  • one word to describe this promotional video -- BORING! turn out the lights folks. the massena BDC should have done a different approach. same old chitty patter. same old typical promo video for any community. BORING!
