Rock Music : Status Quo - "The Oriental" and 'Creeping Up On You'

Movie recorded at an outdoor concert at Carrickfergus Castle, Northern Ireland in August 2009.

Status Quo {also known as The Quo or just Quo}, are an English rock band whose music is characterized by their distinctive brand of boogie rock. They have recorded over 60 chart hits in the UK, more than any other rock group in history.

On a personal note ... fantastic concert!! As you might imagine, it took a long wait to keep and secure my *Front Row* position right at the foot of the stage, but boy was it worth it - the sound, especially for an outdoor concert, was first rate and I really enjoyed the extra sensation of getting blasted by Rick Parfitt's stage amps, lol!

Not sure what time/era the two tracks : "The Oriental" and 'Creeping Up On You" are from ... but I guess that's the point about the Quo, they are both just great feel-good boogie-rock classics - quite simply, nobody does it better!!
