@jrajeeb Actually, the dirty water is continually washed down by the new, fresh, clean water. The product also cleans itself before and after each wash. The Biffy is proven to was away 99.98% of bacteria.

You yankees used to make fun of muslims who wash their bums with water..now after centuries...you think this is right way!!!!
But its still not perfect..coz the drity water coming down back from ur bum would touch the biffy it's self..therefore its not very reliable!!!
after all its better than nothing..and at least now we can enjoy sitting next to you without being annoyed of you smelling like shit!!!

I installed a biffy in my toilet and that of my parents. My parents are quite old and limited in their mobility, so the Biffy is a tremendous help for them. Urinary tract infections are very disruptive for elderly and this device helps prevent it. I heartily recommend it and every hospital and nursing home should be equipped with them. They are a cost effective means of prividing this wonderful hygenic solution to so many problems.
