Funny, when I drive my real car in real life I see the steering wheel, my arms, the windshield, the dashboard, the hood of the car. I never have the view like I am laying on the hood of the car such that I can not even see the car at all. The reason people like this view is because you see more of the track. Cockpit view is much more realistic, but it is harder to drive that way. Especially true if you are playing on a 13" monitor!

hmm yeah but i atleaast put the dashboard on :P you're right though.

Because when you play on cockpit mode (with a joystick or keyboard) you see the steer and the dashboard + the frontwindow.
But when you already have a steer (like that guy on the video does) you don't need to use cockpit view.
I'ts more realistic that way.

your downshifting is too fast, you'll probably break the engine or gearbox in this way and you can spin. and i also see that you are entering the corners too fast and sounds like you're lifting off the accelerator too fast without smoothness
