LOL The first time I saw my border do this was when I stood in the freezing cold waiting for her to "do her business". All of the sudden she takes off across the yard like someone hit her with a cattle prod! I was stunned. I watched her run full speed in circles around our little back yard for a minute (I swear she was smiling) and then *poof*, over. Now it's a regular thing! Very amusing!!

@luchaug lmao !! great video , my jackrussel staffy cross does exact same thing , terriers are nuts !! i love the bit right at start when stu goes from chill to insane mode hahaha

that's hilarious. I love that he thinks to go get his toy. Ours did this too. When he got a new toy, it kept him busy for a couple of hours as he ran through the house with the toy in his mouth, into every room, around every piece of furniture back and forth showing it off. When he did his crazy circuits inside the house, if you moved he'd bite your foot. If the other dog was lying in the floor instead of jumping over her, he'd use her as a spring board. BTs are GREAT fun.

omg i thought mine was just crazy..shes 10 now nd i havnt seen her do it in a while but she'd always do it wit somethin in her mouth and just leg it in circle..she also howls at the moon and when alarms go off... shes nuts :D

Man! excellent clip. I keep any visitors kids busy with 'See if you can get (whatever) off of rory.' Borders love the idea that you really want what the've got in their mouths....ours normally drops it with the excitement...

Thanks! I just happened to be testing out a new video camera a few years back, and caught my BTerrier Stu jump into "catch me!" mode for no apparent reason. My wife and brother just stood there and watched. As you can see, he actually runs into the house and gets a toy once he realizes he's playing "keep away" with nothing in his mouth. I also love your clip of your BT chasing the Husky. Very funny. Thanks for viewing!! Stu says hi.
