That´s definitely Gillian´s guitar. Look at 1:20. The sounds don´t match the hand movements...

other than the original version from the Movement album. this is def one of my favorite recordings of I.C.B
you can def see and hear the ghost of joy division and the influence of Ian's frontman style in this performance. young New Order was so damn good.

It's so good to have these videos, even if Gillian's guitar is too loud.
'Movement' was a cool album...."retrospective reviews for Movement have been very positive" says Wikipedia.
I believe it is Gillian's guitar, not Barney's, which is too loud. The loud guitar continues when Barney holds the mic and starts singing.
