http://brutallo.com widescreen theatrical trailer for "The Love God?" (1969) rescued from the VHS tape. Why didn't they include this on the DVD? The epic montage at the end is the best thing ever. We love you Don Knotts, wherever you are!
Thank you breadbutt! This trailer is on The Love God VHS tape, part of the 3-tape "Don Knotts Box". I corrected the color a tiny bit. You can see a few VHS damage lines in the lower right of the frame after about the 2 minute point. It really is a great trailer. Why Universal did not include it on the DVDs still baffles me!
The movie is on DVD, but the DVD doesn't include any extras, not even this trailer. The DVDBeaver review says the Don Knotts Box doesn't contain extras at all, just the movies. For those like me who are trailer obsessed, at least "The Reluctant Astronaut" and "Ghost and Mr Chicken" original issue DVDs has trailers!
