RPS Harmony SPX Selective Soldering System

The Harmony SPX Selective Soldering System is a high performance platform featuring tool-free capacity to handle PCB's as large as 18-24" using 2 active solder pots and up to 6 independent miniwave nozzles. It is an an excellent choice for high mix selective soldering production.

The Harmony SPX uses 100% ultra-precise and reliable servo-driven XYZ and tilt motion control to articulate the PCB above integrated flux and miniwave stations. RPS DirectHeat™ provides independently heated N2 for miniwave N2 inertion (programmable at 0 to 350+ degrees C) and superior thermal performance. RPS CamConductor™ enables rapid offline programming. An unlimited number of programs can be stored on the included PC. RPS technicians are IPC certified and perform all installations; installations in the USA are at no charge to RPS customers.
