The Roast Pigeon at TPK is one of the best that I've had; meaty, juicy and a slightly crisp skin too. Something must have been done right with it. It's even better than the equivalent at FSL, which isn't the same recently compared to like when I first ate there like over 20 years ago.

I teach Georgia History and we're reading The Devil's Highway by Stan Applegate. In it 2 of the characters eat roasted pigeons. Made me hungry.
