Full Synopsis
Going backwards once again before the incident took place.
The wife explains to her mother the reason why she left the
husband. She could not face the fact that she couldn't bear any
children for the family thus she had to lie to her husband of an
affair she never committed.

A malay cop finds himself investigating a common case
after receiving complaint from the neighborhood regarding
a disturbance. Upon reaching the unit, a woman, badly wounded
in the head opens the door to him.

Shocked and dumbfounded, he calls for medical attention and
backup.

The woman had no clue, saying that she woke up in bed already
injured and bleeding from her head. The cop searches her house
only to yet find himself in another tight situation where he
discovers a dead cop in her kitchen.

The story continues backwards from the point of view of the dead
cop, which in revelation shows that he is actually the husband
of the wounded woman whom he shot her in the head while she is
still asleep. Having his heart broken by her, he too decides to
end his life.

*Raj has discovered a dead man holding a gun in the kitchen*

Part 1 Ends.

(Why does she need to go back to the living room? She said that there's coffee on the kitchen table, ergo she must have prepared it, therefore she must already be aware that there is a DEAD MAN ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR. Does Raj seriously think that she prepared coffee without seeing the dead man at all? Plus, she's holding a kitchen rag.)

[Jtths]

Baline: ... Yes. There's coffee on the kitchen table... if you want some. (Lady, priorities, please. You're bleeding in the head. Do you really think the policeman should be drinking coffee?)

Captain Raj: Oh, er, okay, thank you, Madam. I'll help myself. (who the hell hired this guy as a police officer? O_o)

*Baline stands there holding a rag to her gaping head wound, while the police foficer looks around. The policeman discovers something*

Baline: Officer.... what's wrong?... What's wrong?

[Jtths]

Policeman: Security four-five, this is Captain Raj speaking from Block 208, Pasir Ris Street 21. There is a lady who seems to be injured. A-And she's bleeding profusely. I need backup now. Thank you, over. (this is weird. why would you need backup? it's not like policemen don't have first aid training.)

*Policeman enters the house, surveys the place*

Policeman: Can I please take a look around in your house? (redundant request. he's already in the house, and has taken several looks already)

[Jtths]

*Policeman knocks on door upstairs*

Policeman: Is anybody at home? Please open the door,

*knocks again*

Policeman: This is the police, please-

*Baline opens the door. She is holding a rag, which is stained with blood*

Baline: Sorry...

Policeman: *shocked* W-What happened, madam?

*Baline struggles to remember*

Baline... Mmm.. Woke up and I was bleeding.

*Policeman reaches for his radio*

[Jtths]

*Scene Change*

Elderly Woman: *speaking in dialect*

Policeman: Slow down, slow down. English, can you please speak English?

Elderly Woman: *still speaking in dialect* (how the hell did she call the police if she can't speak English? O__o)

*Elderly woman gestures upwards*

Policeman: Okay, upstairs. Is it they make noise?

Elderly Woman: *more dialect*

Policeman: *frustrated* Okay, okay. I go take a look, okay?

Elderly Woman: *moar dialect, policeman rolls eyes*

[Jtths]

@Jtths *woman moves closer to Baline*

Woman: Why do you have to do this to yourself, dear? You can see that he still loves you very much.

Baline: I told him that I'm in love with someone else. That I'm with another man. When he bought this house, thinking that we'd have three kids... Even thought of their names.

Baline: Three first leaves in the rest of our lives. I really get I'll not be able to bear him any children at this point. (confusing part)

Baline: It's just... just not meant to be.

[Jtths]

It's 2 years with no comments, but judging by how many views, I'm going to assume students get this a lot as an assignment (like I did). Since the audio is a little hard to understand, here's a transcript for those who could use one.

Woman 1: Are you sure this is what you want, Baline? Lee is a good man. Do you know how hard it is to find one nowadays?

Baline: He begged me.

*pause*

Baline: He kowed down to beg me.

*woman looks at her*

Baline: He begged me not to let him go.
