Why I Love My Nextel

The other day my friend's v300 from t-mobile fell off his car seat onto the floor. The LCD shattered. It must have fell about a foot and a half.

I wanted to try dropping my phone from 9 stories up in the rain... just to see what would happen.

I carried my Nextel R750plus for 6 years and over 230,000 minutes of use before it became too hard to find a replacement battery. I've never dropped it 9 floors, but did once throw it hard enough onto the dash of my car to break the windshield with no damage to the phone whatsoever. The speakerphone was also almost as loud as a PA system.

Because I can PTT from Montreal to Tucson and from Washington DC to Seattle. I have exactly the same phone as above. I wouldn't change it for the world. I have drop checked from 20 feet many time by accident because of my job and it still works.

I had a nextel i876 and exactly the same thing happened to it and it still worked, i loved my nextel :)

the yellow nextel was made for ware and tear, and nextel really sucks by the way the service is the worst ive ever had
