THIS IS THE EXAMPLE HOW RUBISH IS NIC / EPC / NAPT THEY MAKE MONEY FROM BOTH SIDE I LIVED IN WEST LONDON FOR THE PAST 24 YEAR AS ELECTRICIANS I NEVER SEEN BEFORE WHAT EVER WE SEE NOW EVERY WHERE COWBOYS ELECTRICIANS / PLUMBERS WE BE COME THE WORST COURTNEY IN STANDERS IN EU BECAUSE THESE COWBOYS OPEN TRADE INCLUDE LOT OF COUNCIL USED THEM ???????LONG LIVE JIB ??????

Tony Cable is an absolute guru in the electrical world, Yoda himself, so I'm amazed he's associating himself with this Clive Holland character. I've seen Clive Holland complain that an electrical cable WASN'T run within an external wall cavity! That, of course is a big no no. His 'good guys' are also capable of shoddy workmanship hidden by select camera angles, (not this spark though, he's good), but the kitchen fitters and plasterers he uses are sometimes cowboys themselves!
