The rules state that the surface protocol begins when the athlete starts removing his/her facial equipment. So it doesn't matter what you do before you remove your goggles. Stig shows the OK-sign first but then remembers to remove his goggles, show the OK-sign again and say "I'm OK". So it is white card. Of course, if he hadn't shown the OK-sign again or didn't say he's OK, it would have been a red card.

Yes very amazing dive. Unfortunately though, in my opinion it should have been a red card. The surface protocol is completely wrong. The rules clearly states that first goggles of then ok sign and vocal I´m Ok. If this sequence is any other, the performance should be disqualified.

fantastic! looks like he even could have done of few more meters.. wonder if anyone will ever reach 200 m dnf
