Shaman Dance Theatre Confluence

Prepared based on on the transition between local, national and universal "The Confluence" has been created as a bland of formats such as recitals, cance performances, theatre and musicals. As described with the name of the piece, in addition to folk dances and folk songs from all parts of
Anatolia, the repertory has been supported by disciplines such as modern dance and ballet, rituals such as Sema and Semah, techniques such as shadow theatre and acrobatics, international dances such as Flemanco,Belly Dance, Hungarian, Caucasian, Georgian, Azeri and Balkan dances.
Beside these, Turkish historical and cultural values such as Independence War, Aşık Veysel, Rumi, Karagöz-Hacivat,Ottoman Military Band and Oil Wrestling have been underlined by shadow games, lightening and costumes.
In addition unusual athnic instruments and percussions have been used during the show.The scenario created by utilizing the tales, stories and myths
aims to bring different times together on the same stage. Fort his purpose the stage is being described as the meeting place of the different colors, cultures and the lovers whose stories have been narrated as well. By this way, it brings out that the meeting of the values and diversities of our cultural treasure constitues us.
