@woopityfuckingdooooo Nope, not from megaupload...but if you have downloaded from kazaa, morpheus, or limewire they will have that info as well, since it is all basically the same company. Not only that, but if you have ever uploaded a vid to youtube that has any kind of copyrighted material in the background (including happy birthday song) then you are just as guilty. There is so much more to this than just the things that most simpletons like to nitpick about.

@utoobube exactly :) as for combating illegal downloads they already have the needed legislation according to the video so really it should be a simple matter of shutting down the sites as they aren't exactly hard to find, they cant get rid of all of them but if they make it harder to do it then 75% of people that have downloaded or uploaded illegally would give up

@utoobube i completely understand what you're saying and i know his attitude is unrelated to the subject but i was just merely pointing it out, also if someone is particularly annoyed by his manner then they may be instantly against anything he says as they dont want to agree with someone who acts like that, its a little petty but people often do it

@CaomhnoirAingeal and thats not to mention, there is language in place in all of these bills that would allow big corporations to shut down small business before they could even start. No classified websites, big business wants everything bought new. There is alot you are not seeing apparently.

@CaomhnoirAingeal There are already laws in place to protect against piracy, These newer laws arent so much about piracy really. They are engineered more to take away our freedom of speech, and that is the point he is trying to get across. Whether he is up his own ass, or if that is even possible has nothing to do with the subject. This is one of those laws that have hundreds of pages and in the middle, hidden in one or two lines, are the words that can kill our Constitutional rights, <THE POINT

i'm glad i've never downloaded or uploaded to megaupload, and i agree illegal downloads should be stopped, but this guy is just up his own ass...
