The year was about 1973. I was living in an apartment in Ocean Beach in San Diego, in an area with a large "hippie" population. I looked out my kitchen window and was shocked to see my neighbor across the street (who looked a lot like this chick with big boobs) sitting on her front lawn TOPLESS and smoking a joint! I thought, "She's going to get arrested!" I tried to get her to go inside but she was in a rebellious mood. Lucky for her the old lady next door didn't call the cops.

There certainly was a lot of boob revealed in the seventies. I clearly remember it. I was 18 in 1976 and the fashion for younger women then was to wear a shirt tight at the waist and unbuttoned down to the bra or lower. Bras were designed to be seen. My young French teacher at school dressed like that and so did the secretaries at my father's workplace. Shiny synthetics as well. That shiny blouse certainly looks authentic.

I definately do not recall this much breast revealation~! Not to object, but girl is your Mum a bit of a kidder sometimes? This did not really come out of her closet !? Or did I just Miss Out here in Iowa? This is NYC or Club 51 attire? Ok that could be it. I'm only sure I would not have forgotten any flips or twirls from That outfit~!
