Asking Ericsson's VP a Question from Rania

While at the Social Good Summit run in part by the United Nations' Foundation, I got access to the CEO and VP of Ericsson (a telecommunications company with over $30 billion in revenue per year). I was able to ask your questions - one of which was from Rania Essawi who asked if Ericsson's educational initiatives can be complemented with leadership training.
