1989 piece, 350 with hedman shorty headers, flowmaster super 40 single muffler, stock cat, hypertech chip, stock motor. Still sounds pretty nice though, and it still moves.

i realize it isnt loud, and i realize that my motor is weak. Its a stock 1989 TBI 350. The cam in it is that of less-than lawn mower design. The cylinder head ports are extremely choked up, and it still has the stock 1989 catalytic converter on it which is chocked full of debris. the truck cannot hold its own on the highway for shit, but it is a mighty workhorse in the yard and around town. It is very reliable, and i guarrentee it would tow your 318 away. I dont use this truck to go fast.

Yea, they did a few things to the cam profile, head design, ignition, and compression since 89. Plus the 95 is fuel injected. Im not surprised those trucks sound good, but as of now, the most im going to remove is the cat so i will have some sort of tone to it.
