  • great job...it happens to all of us on the beginning of week 2 because your muscle haven't had time to adjust to the intense workouts and they haven't had time to completely recover/heal from torn so you will actually do a little less then you were able to do the first day so don't worry about it! just keep pushing play and posting video

  • Good job man! Keep on going, im into my 2nd week and I had Plyo today, this is my favorite all the DVDs, the swing kicks still kill me though!

  • Keep pushing play! I love the Swing Kicks, but my legs are in such better shape than my arms!
