Dan's Bodybuilding Journey - (Introduction and Goals) VLOG #1

Hey everybody, my name is Dan, I'm 19 and a beginner at body building. I started at 6 feet, 140 lbs, and topped at 164 lbs before losing access to the gym.
In september of 2011, i came back to college thirsty for a dean's list, and of course... to earn my way to a body like Matthew Ogus. I know it will take years to achieve, but i have made progress and spent hours researching and watching Ogus' videos.

I now follow a program, strictly diet, track my macronutrients, and lift harder than ever. I have increased my maxes for every exercise substantially, and associate myself with people who have achieved my goals. I know more now, but one's knowledge is limited, i have much more to learn.

I currently weigh 162 lbs, and went from less than 12" arms to 13.75" arms

I have much more work to do, and Ogus' "magic" has motivated me to continue lifting smartly and efficiently.
