  • This is my 'Day 1'; I will look forward to checking back often to see how you're doing.

    I've only had blueberry oatmeal thus far, but I read some MF prep. tips while waiting for my order to arrive: Soups: Prepare 30 min. low simmer on stove. Chili: Mix like a soup-let sit overnight & add hot sauce, etc. Eggs: Beat the hell out of 'em-turn into sprayed pan-add seasonings(MollyPopcorn chse flvr) Oatmeal Muffin tip: use glass pan-bake 18min-TURN-bake longer-make 6 wedges-refg/warm&enjoy w/shake.

  • Good for you! Have you ordered the food yet? Its all super good but stay away from the brown sugar oatmeal and eggs. Two thumbs up for the oatmeal bars though
