well my Js, Us, As, Z, T, and one of my Rs are about the same speed on average as my H. Does that mean all solves with those algs are lucky?

Lol, WCA says otherwise, its fortunate that you get a nice algorithm but it is not a lucky solve because it did not skip a step.

yes it does if get a T perm il do it in 1.5sec but if i get a F perm it will take me 4 so getting T is lucky cos it will save me 3 seconds.

Doesnt make it lucky, T perm isn't a lucky solve, a lucky solve is where you skip a step :S
