its completely normal for dogs to play like this, its in their instinct to teach the younger ones to fight, it doesnt increase agression though...
and tug-o-war is a game where dogs are trying to be dominant, which MIGHT increase agression, so i wouldnt recommend it.

@goofychris27 thank you i own pits and everyone says when they meet them that lady and stoner( my pits ) have changed their mind on pit bulls its all in how you rasie them and they were raised great and they still shake there head like that when they play
