Do these raw diets really work or is the person just happening to go into remission at that time? What about Cats Claw and other herbs? Do they really work? If I want to start using Cats Claw how much and how often should I take it and in what form? What about Raw diets? I need to know what foods work in this and which do not. Help?

@HitMeWithIt I think the reason most people find it ineffective is because they are not taking the correct dosage. Since it's not regulated by the FDA, the amount of active ingredient may not be what it says it is and the recommended dosage is way too small. I didn't get any effects until I was at 4500mg/day and the recommended is 500-1500mg/day. And it's not going to hurt you if you overdose. It's all natural so there's no risks ^_^

@Mokon Very good. that will be nice for people who need to take it, to read. I mean the way you write just that one piece of info with no more info to go with it. Yes it can cause cancer, no doubt. Also most drugs you take in your life will have serious effects somewhere in the leaflet, it does not mean you will get them right? just be a bit more tactful please, there are people on the edge of hell in their illness and in need of the drug!

@socceric17 Your disease is in remission and that is great for you but please do not speak such nonsense as you have here about cats claw! I know for a FACT that it is not able to live up to all those claims you make for it. It may have had an effect on YOU but it does NOT have this effect as a standard. I mean it is unproven and very ineffective for most people who try it. Also remember a herb is a drug is a herb etc.

@DreamsPlease my daughter was five when we found out she had crohn's she is now on remicade and is doing good
i have crohns! :( i am 17, have had it for 2 years. get to choose whether i want to start remicade or try 6mp first next week.
any negative side effects on remicade? did you try any other meds?
DreamsPlease 2 years ago
Im not a doc but my best bet is 6mp wont have the same UMPH! that Remicade will have to induce a REAL remission. Remicade's side effects are colds or infections, but otherwise none. Ive tried everything minus cyclosporine.

That "stuff" in the tray at 0:08 seconds is the reason why your colon is ulcerated.
I had Crohn's for 2 years and got rid of it in less than two months on a raw food diet. Before that, my surgeon insisted that drugs or surgery were my only options.
Read Dr. Kleins "Self-Healing Colitis and Crohn's" to find out how.
Drugs will NEVER heal you. They only do more harm in the short and long term.
