Its a live recording (if you didnt know by the horrible bitrate quality). Pendulum in recent years added an MC to their live performances who provides the aformentioned talking. IMHO when you see them in person, he actually adds quite a bit to the performance.

I kinda prefer this version, the into is better, the vocals are abit better, and the synths are clearer w/o the guitars. Sounds more dnb. PLEASE SOMEONE REMASTER THIS!
