@smiley4591 yeah, it would be very nice if Officer Board got stripped of his duty. But if I'm not mistaken, he was actually promoted not to long after this wrongful arrest. I do live in Parkersburg, and this is what all these pigs are like. They are all on a power trip, your best bet if you live in this fucking hell hole of a town is to just stay out of trouble, because you will never win anything with this judicial system they have here.

I myself live in wv and i think this arrest was an outrage that was bullshit and i believe that the arresting officer should be striped of his duty as a police officer and made to apologize publicly to the person that was arrested. Because he acted out of angry instead of protecting and serving as his job title entails

@DonWorks2Hard -so from this video it appears the only difference between being arrested and charges dropped, and being arrested and prosecuted is whether you have it on film to prove the officer is a liar?A person needs to get a camera in their car and fresh batteries.Even being arrested with charges dropped gives a person a police record. Sound essential also,otherwise Board would have said he wished you a nice day and in return you threatened him.He's caught on this one-busted!

Martin was already interviewed by Greg Miller of Citizens investigative Services(Miller is a former policeman with a degree in criminology)-in the interview Martin defends 100%Boards actions and says there is more to it than the video- When Miller asked what that was specifically-martin says he "Can't say at this time" In layman's,Boards arrest is bogus and Martin needs time to find something to make board look good-so far-nada
