It's Skorm's Bow, you get it by sacrificing mercenaries at the Temple of Skorm. It's a bit complicated but you can find some good info via Google.

I don't agree that Skorm bow is the "best weapon overall" in the game I think that the Solus Great sword with the last socket filled with a sharpening augment plus level 4 berserk combo makes Solus the best weapon add physical shield maybe slow time plus full will bar (extended by will masters potions) and if you like a master bow or crossbow with 3 will augments. Also I did this same cheat a few days ago before I saw this and it worked great.

I would also advise phisical shield to ensure that your multiplier wont be spoiled
