My favorite Oscars! Best clothes, great speeches, great winners. I loved the format of honoring each nominee - so gracious and lovely. I enjoyed the musical number too, although the medley got a little hard for me to follow, jumping back and forth between songs. But Hugh Jackman made it worth the struggle!

Awesome video! I was thinking the exact same thing when Jerry Lewis was there. Hugh Jackman was great, Beyonce was disappointing of course. Dustin Lance Black's speech will of course be a highlight for me....and sadly probably also for Fox News (rolls eyes).

Ohhh those emeralds, GORGEOUS! Hugh Jackman was so terrific, I loved him! I loved the way they presented with past oscar winners to the nominees! Dustin Lance Black's speech had me crying! Brad, Angie, Jen, handled it really well. Beyonce...umm...didn't work!

that musical number in the middle was a total trainwreck. Not b/c it was a musical but you're right. Beyonce is constantly overexposed, trying to do everything. sings too hard and PLEASE she needs to start wearing pants or skirts, not just hose/tights. But really the blame for that number was the ARRANGEMENT. Diff. songs all mismatched. Diff. genres and time frames just didn't make any sense and didnt sound good. Too bad.
